AI SHOPPING FEED SETUP · WOOCOMMERCE & CUSTOM STORES

AI shopping surfaces cannot recommend what they cannot read.

Most stores that are not on Shopify have no product feed and no product structured data, so ChatGPT, Google and other AI shopping surfaces have nothing to index. We build the feed to the specification those surfaces publish, wire it into Google Merchant Center, and add the structured data to your own pages — then keep it in sync. We sell visibility and traffic from AI, not a checkout inside a chat.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Built for the stores nobody has done this for.

The work exists because the big platforms hand it to their merchants for free — and everyone else is left to work it out.

WooCommerce and custom-built stores

If your store runs on WooCommerce, or on a stack your own developers built, no platform vendor is producing a feed for you. That is exactly who we work with: a catalogue that is real but unreadable to an AI surface.

Shopify stores are usually already covered

Shopify merchants are integrated with ChatGPT and sync to Google Merchant Center automatically through the Google & YouTube channel. If you are on Shopify, you most likely do not need this — and we will tell you so.

WHAT WE DO

A concrete checklist, not a retainer.

Five deliverables. Each one is something you can point at when it is done.

✓Product feed built to specOne row per item or variant, carrying the fields the surfaces require — stable id, title, description, url, brand, seller, image, availability and price.
✓Google Merchant Center configuredA product data source created, the feed delivered by link or SFTP on a schedule, and the account set up so products can be reviewed.
✓Product structured data on your storeschema.org Product and Offer markup on your product pages — price, currency, availability, identifiers — so Google can read your pages directly.
✓A readiness reportA plain document showing what is now readable and what is still missing, so you can see the gap rather than take our word for it.
✓Feed kept in syncPrices, stock and new products reflected in the feed as they change, so the surfaces never recommend an out-of-date product.
HOW IT WORKS

How it works in 3 steps

From an unreadable catalogue to a feed the AI surfaces can use.

01

Audit your catalogue and current readiness

We look at how your products are stored, whether any feed or structured data exists, and where the gaps are. You get the readiness picture before any build.

02

We build the feed and the schema

We produce the feed to the published specification, configure Google Merchant Center, and add the product structured data to your store's pages.

03

Monitor and keep it in sync

The feed is re-sent on a schedule and updated as your catalogue changes, so what the surfaces read matches what you actually sell.

HONEST SCOPE

What this does not do

Being clear here is worth more than overselling. If any of these is what you actually want, this is not the service for it.

✕It does not put a checkout inside a chat.OpenAI's published position is that shopping in ChatGPT sends the buyer to the merchant's own site to complete the purchase. We prepare the catalogue so a store can be discovered and recommended — the sale still happens on your site.
✕It does not guarantee sales.A readable catalogue is a precondition for being recommended, not a promise of it. We cannot control how any surface ranks products, and we do not claim to.
✕It does not replace your existing marketing. This adds a channel. It sits alongside your ads, SEO and email rather than replacing any of them.
PRICING

Two prices. A range, stated plainly.

We do not publish a tier table, because no official source defines a SKU boundary and we will not invent one. The final quote depends on catalogue size.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START

The questions people actually ask.

Short answers, no guarantees we cannot keep.

Will this get me sales?
We will not promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What this does is make your catalogue readable so AI shopping surfaces can consider it. Whether they recommend you, and whether a shopper then buys, is not something we can guarantee.
Do I need to change my store platform?
No. We work with the store you already have. WooCommerce and custom stores are the target, and the work happens on top of your catalogue — no migration and no new platform.
How long does it take?
It scales with the catalogue. A small store can be audited and live in about a week; a large catalogue with many variants and languages takes longer. Google's own review of a new Merchant Center account can add a few days on top, and that review is Google's, not ours.
Who owns the feed?
You do. The feed file, the Merchant Center account and the structured data are yours, and we hand them over. You are not locked to us to keep using them.
What if my products keep changing?
That is exactly what the monthly sync is for. Prices, stock and new products are reflected on a schedule, so the surfaces never read a stale catalogue.
